We see our work, increasingly, as an effort to help our client organizations make a quantum leap in organizational sophistication by helping them examine the possibilities of partnering with another or other [multiple] organizations. This is not just due to resource limitations — collaborations and formal partnerships help to further the strategic mission of each participating entity.
Minerva Project clients represent a diversity of services — Senior Day Care, Free Children’s Theatre, Mentoring, Higher Education, After School Programs, Family and Homeless Shelters. Sometimes, it is the simplest thing that our Consultants might do: to help balance a budget. Or, to get more exotic, to help prepare for an Audit.
The work we do is complex and carefully thought out. To be effective, we help our clients evaluate the impacts of any change at six different levels; we call this a “Systems” approach. Ohter names for it could include “holistic.” The end goal is increased effectiveness and service quality imporvmenets to those served by the client agency.
